Lakeland High School’s Art III and Art IV students created a beautiful addition to the Suffolk Public Library’s “little library” program while earning community service hours at the same time. Students from The Pruden Center for Industry & Technology used their skills to build a little library house for the Lakeland art students to decorate. It took 26 hours for the art students to complete the project. The library runs by the “take a book, give a book” premise and will be installed at the Holland Farmer’s Market.
