Horatio Alger Scholarship - apply August 1 - October 25, 2018. Eligibility criteria include: high school graduation in spring/summer, demonstrated critical financial need ($55,000 or lower adjusted gross financial family income), and United States citizenship. 

NASSP (National Association of Secondary School Principals) - deadline - November 16, 2018. Open to students who have volunteered. Top school volunteer will become eligible to win an award of $1000 or more. Click on title for link to application.

National Co-op Scholarship Program - advancing cooperative & work-intetraged education. Deadline February 15, 2019.

Twenty Pearls, Inc. - females with 1. overall GPA 2.5 or better; 2. graduating high school senior; 3. good standing in school and community; and 4. not be a mother or become pregnant during the cotillion season. Deadline: September 29, 2018.

Virginia Airport Operators Council - Kenneth R. Scott Scholarship. Deadline March 9, 2019.
