CavalierJUNIORS & SENIORS - Not sure what you want do after graduation? Not sure where to go to college?! You are in luck! Come to Paul D. Camp's CTE Exploration Day! Hands-on fun and learning just for your - robotics, nursing, EMT, criminal justice and more! This event in on Friday, April 26. Free lunch provided. See Mrs. Foster for permission slip. Space is limited.

SENIORS - Just a reminder - community service is a part of your graduation requirement. If you have not turned in your community service hours to Mrs. Williams, please do so by April 12.

The Pink and Black Gala will be held on Saturday, April 27 at Gethsemane in Newport News at 5:00pm.

The LHS Marching Quiet Storm band will be conducting it's annual Spring Band mini Camp Mon., April 8 - Thurs. May 16. Spring band camp will be from 3:15 - 5:00pm. For more information, please see Mr. Wilson.

SENIORS - Jostens wil be here to distribute all paid cap & gowns on Fri., April 12 during all lunch shifts.

SENIORS: Your College Commitment Day permission slip deadline has been extended.

ROTC is collecting canned goods to donate to the Suffolk Food Bank. We ask that you please stop by the JROTC hall and drop a canned good or two in the boxes provided. WE will be accepting canned goods until Thursday.

SENIORS: There is still time to sign up for the April 11th Career Expo. You can pick up a permission slip outside of room 228. All permission slips need to be turned in today.

SENIORS: Please be certain to turn in your permission slips to your CTE or English teachers for Thursday, April 11th for the Hilton workplace job fair. For more information, see Ms. Snead in room 232.

Newport News Shipbuilding is inviting high school seniors to Trade Day. Please see Mrs. Shelia Williams in Guidance for more details.

SENIORS: If you have not received your financial aid award letter from your college or university, please check your college accounts. You may have been selected for verification. Please see Mrs. Foster with any questions.

If you haven't already done so, please be sure to check out the college-bound wall to see where some of your senior classmates are headed for college. If you see them around, be sure to congratulate them!

Are you ready for SOLs and exams? Do you want to, or need, help with classwork, homework and studying? We can help. Join us Thursdays in room 215 from 3:15 to 4:15. Bring a friend. Contact Zoe Riddick for more information.

Volleyball and football conditioning is cancelled until after Spring Break.
