Lakeland Field Hockey conditioning will start Monday, July 11, from 6-8am. We will meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6-8 am.
Tryouts will start August 3rd, 1st session will begin promptly at 7am-9am, plan to arrive early. The second session will start at 5:30 and will end at 7:30 pm. August 4th will be one session from 7:30-10:30 am. August 5th will have two sessions, 7-9 am and 5:30-7:30 pm and the team will be announced after the second session on Friday. Athletes must attend all 5 sessions in order to be considered for and make the varsity team.
